Summer is here and that means kids are home and want all the things! These easy strawberry fudge pops are the perfect snack for kids and adults! The kids won’t even care they’re low carb and keto, all they’ll taste is deliciousness! With just a few simple ingredients you probably already have in your ketogenic pantry, this recipe comes together quickly and easily. No one will be complaining when it’s hot outside and you hand them these creamy fudge pops!

While not everyone needs to be dairy free, you can still enjoy these even if you’re a lover of dairy. The creamy coconut milk makes for a decadent popsicle and if your not a fan of coconut flavor, no worries as the chocolate added and the strawberries are really the prominent taste flavors in these dairy free fudge pops. You could also just swap out the coconut milk with heavy cream if you prefer or even almond milk if you’d rather.

Strawberries not your favorite? Simple swap with some other fresh berries you like. Blueberries, raspberries or blackberries would still be just as delicious! Here is the Popsicle mold I love to use for all my frozen pop recipes.
