Several GOATs in Boise, Idaho Are Currently Having One Hell of a Friday Morning

To slightly paraphrase the words of country music superstar and American Idol judge, Luke Bryan, I believe most goats are good. So consider Idaho—nay, all of us—blessed on this day as approximately 80 to 100 goats have descended on a neighborhood in residential Boise.

Look how proud they are. Just hopping from house to house, getting their spoils before moving on to the next buffet. Live your truth, goats. Presumably among them are Prince, Michael Jordan, Beyoncé, Tiger Woods, and Dolly Parton.
No one has been able to identify the origin of this mysterious goat herd, but you know what? I don’t want to know because life isn’t about where you start, it’s where you end up.
As someone who spent a lot of time around goats growing up, I can say they are certifiably bonkers. Essentially a cross between a raccoon and a frantic horse, goats eat everything in sight and then run away. They’re glorious. Unfortunately though, their journey ended about an hour after it began, when a truck owned by “WE RENT GOATS” collected them. Great company name
